Meet our Founder

Melissa Meier, Founder of Born This Way Relations, is a marketing expert with over 13 years of experience in PR and influencer marketing. Back in 2011, she launched her first influencer campaign for the beauty brand L’Oréal. She worked there for more than 8.5 years as a brand manager and was most recently responsible for the brand activities of Maybelline New York. In 2020, she took the step into entrepreneurship, taking her passion for marketing and PR to the next level.

With her extensive experience both nationally as well as her big network of artists, creators and management agencies, Melissa brings exactly what makes the difference to her agency. She passes on her personal connections and expertise from countless campaigns directly to her team – and that’s what sets Born This Way Relations apart from other agencies!

We are Born This Way Relations – a young, dynamic team based in Frankfurt. Through our strong international network, we connect brands, content creators, and VIPs to create unique synergies.
